Frequently asked questions
Can I pick which year the statement covers?
Yes. Year-end syncs are filtered by year, so you can run the current year, last year, or re-run an older year if someone asks late.
What totals can the statement include?
From Stripe: total paid for the year, number of payments, and first and last payment dates per customer. From QuickBooks: your synced invoice and payment data.
Can I run statements for just some customers?
Yes. Filter the synced data before merging, so a partial run (say, only customers who actually paid that year) is one batch.
Do I have to redo the setup next year?
No. The template and connection stay put. Next January, pick the new year, sync, and merge: the second year-end run is the easy one.
