Does it work with QuickBooks Desktop?
MergeNinja connects to QuickBooks Online. If your data is in Desktop, export the customer or invoice list once and upload it as Excel, and the merge works the same way.
Can MergeNinja change anything in my books?
No. The connection is read-only by scope: QuickBooks itself won’t let us write. Disconnecting from Settings revokes access at Intuit too.
How fresh is the data when I merge?
As fresh as your last sync. Hit sync before a run and the batch reflects your books at that moment.
Is this the same as QuickBooks’ built-in statements?
QuickBooks prints its own fixed statement layout. MergeNinja merges your data into your Word documents: your letterhead, your wording, any document type.
