Renewal notices straight from your Stripe subscriptions
Renewal date, plan, and amount pulled straight from your Stripe subscriptions.
Surprise renewals cost you customers
A renewal that lands unannounced reads as a surprise charge, and surprise charges get disputed, refunded, or cancelled. A proper heads-up letter keeps members happy (and in some cases is required). But tracking who renews next month, on which plan, at what price, is exactly the spreadsheet work nobody keeps up with.
The renewal list writes itself
MergeNinja syncs your Stripe subscriptions read-only: plan name, amount, billing interval, current period end, trial end, and whether the subscription is set to cancel. Filter to the members whose term ends in your window, merge into your notice, and the batch is out before the renewals hit.
How it works
- 1
Connect Stripe
Read-only access to your subscription data: plans, amounts, and renewal dates.
- 2
Sync and filter the renewal window
Pull subscriptions and narrow to terms ending next month (or whatever notice period you give).
- 3
Merge into your renewal letter
Plan, price, and renewal date fill in per member. Print or send: your call.
Frequently asked questions
Can I target only subscriptions renewing next month?
Yes. Subscription syncs include the current period end, so you filter the batch to the renewal window you care about.
What about members who already cancelled?
The sync includes whether a subscription is set to cancel at period end, so you can exclude them, or send them a win-back letter instead.
Does it handle monthly and annual plans?
Yes. Plan name, amount, and billing interval sync per subscription, whatever the cadence.
Can the notice include a price change?
Your template is a normal Word letter: write the price-change wording once, and the merge fills each member’s current plan and renewal date alongside it.
