The monthly statement run for all your clients, done in minutes
Synced client invoices
Dear Maple & Main Cafe,
Your account statement shows a balance of $2,150.00 as of Sep 30…
× every client, their letterhead
Sound familiar?
It's the last week of the month. Twelve clients, each expecting statements or past-due letters, each with their own letterhead. Export from one QuickBooks file, fix the columns, merge, fix the formatting, repeat. The statement run isn't hard, it's just three billable hours you can't bill.
A twelve-client practice, on MergeNinja:
- 1
Set up each client once
Connect the client's QuickBooks Online read-only and upload their statement template: their letterhead, their wording. This is the only part that takes real time, and it happens once per client.
- 2
Sync on statement day
One click pulls current invoices and balances, days-overdue computed. No exports, no column cleanup.
- 3
Merge and move to the next client
The whole client’s batch lands in your inbox, formatted on their letterhead. Twelve clients stops being an afternoon and becomes a coffee.
Once
per client: connect their books, upload their letterhead
1 click
per statement run, every month after setup
3 hrs
of month-end merging, back on the billable clock
The documents you'd run with it
Monthly & year-end statements

QuickBooks Online ExcelFrequently asked questions
Is it safe to connect client books?
The connection is read-only by OAuth scope: MergeNinja can see the data, never change the books. Tokens are encrypted at rest, and disconnecting revokes access at Intuit too. The Security page spells it all out. Check it before you connect a client.
How do I handle multiple client companies?
Each client’s connection and templates are set up once and stay put. Managing books for many clients? Email support@mergeninja.com with "multi-client pricing" and we’ll work out a setup that fits your practice.
Can each client keep their own letterhead?
Yes. Templates are ordinary Word documents, one (or several) per client. The merge only fills the fields; their branding stays exactly as designed.
What does this do to my month-end billing?
You bill the statement run as before. You just don’t spend the hours. One recovered client invoice or one billed statement-hour covers the subscription.
Stop exporting. Start merging.
Connect your data, upload your Word template, and send every customer document in one click.
