× the month's charges, numbered

MergeNinja merges synced charges into a Word letter for every customer at once.

Sound familiar?

Procurement at your biggest account just asked for "a proper receipt" for last month's charge: branded, printable, with a receipt number. Stripe gave them a plain-text email. Now someone on your team is rebuilding it in Word, again, for the third customer this quarter.

A SaaS with enterprise customers on Stripe, on MergeNinja:

  1. 1

    Connect Stripe

Stripe Connect. MergeNinja only reads. Charges sync with amount, receipt number, card brand and last four; subscriptions with plan and renewal dates.

  2. 2

    Sync the month’s payments

Filter by date range: the receipt run for the month is one dataset, cents already converted to dollars.

  3. 3

    Merge into your receipt template

Your logo and numbering, every field filled per charge. Year-end, the payment-summary dataset (total paid per customer per year) powers annual statements the same way.

2 clicks

for the monthly receipt run: sync, then merge

Frequently asked questions

Can this run automatically every month?

The setup persists (connection, template, filters), so the monthly run is sync + merge, a two-click routine. Fully unattended scheduling isn’t there yet; the second click is yours.

Does MergeNinja touch our payment flow?

No. MergeNinja only reads from Stripe. It issues no call that creates charges or changes subscriptions, and Stripe never exposes full card numbers to it. It reads data and makes documents.

Our finance team wants yearly spend per customer.

That’s the payment-summary dataset: one row per customer per year with total paid, payment count, and first/last payment dates. Merge it into a statement template.
